Loss is a difficult part of life that can lead us to react with heightened anxiety, sadness or anger and make moving forward feel like a struggle. Having space to feel supported and to work through loss can help.
This 6 week group will aim to:
- Offer emotional support and validation about grief
- Identify and understand the stages of grief
- Explore the anxiety, depression and other emotions may that arise after experiencing a loss
- Reflect on the impacts of grief for yourself and loved ones
- Connect with others in a time of potentially isolating grief
- Navigate ways to both allow and manage grief effectively
