New At MCHH This September: Managing Grief Group

Loss is a difficult part of life that can lead us to react with heightened anxiety, sadness or anger and make moving forward feel like a struggle. Having space to feel supported and to work through loss can help.

This 6 week group will aim to:

  • Offer emotional support and validation about grief
  • Identify and understand the stages of grief
  • Explore the anxiety, depression and other emotions may that arise after experiencing a loss
  • Reflect on the impacts of grief for yourself and loved ones
  • Connect with others in a time of potentially isolating grief
  • Navigate ways to both allow and manage grief effectively

Led by Anthony Rosado, LPC Every Wednesday from 3PM to 4 PM Starting September 7 through October 12 $180 for the 6 week group for adults over 18

Midwest Center for Hope & Healing 1000 Jorie Blvd, Suite 36, Oak Brook, IL 60523
