Stephanie earned her Masters of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Moody Theological Seminary. Stephanie enjoys working with adolescents, adult individuals, and couples, and has experience at providing both Christian based and community counseling depending on the needs of the client. Stephanie operates from a collaborative standpoint, as therapy is not “one size fits all,” and it is essential to create a treatment plan that is built specifically for you and your goals.
She uses a variety of approaches based on the client’s needs, including cognitive-behavioral therapy(CBT), Rational emotive behavior therapy (REBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, and mindfulness. By utilizing this assortment, we focus on you, your goals, and achieving wellness. Stephanie specializes in working through difficulties with chronic illnesses, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, trauma, self- esteem issues, relationship issues, and personality disorders. Stephanie looks forward to partnering with you, understanding exactly where you are on your journey, and instilling hope.
