ALLISON KLEIN

THERAPIST LOCATION: Oak Brook, Telehealth
Counseling Credentials: MA, LPC, NBCC

Allison Klein is a Licensed Professional Counselor who offers a warm, supportive space for clients looking to reconnect with themselves, build confidence, process trauma, and create healthier relationships. She blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with mindfulness-based approaches, helping clients slow down, understand their patterns, and make changes that feel grounded and doable.

Allison earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bradley University. Her style is collaborative and person-centered—she believes therapy works best when clients feel seen, understood, and are met with genuine care.

Much of Allison’s work focuses on women navigating self-esteem challenges, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship struggles. Whether someone is working through a breakup, trying to break old patterns, or simply feeling disconnected from who they want to be, Allison helps them develop self-compassion, strengthen boundaries, and build emotional resilience. With couples, she supports partners in communicating more openly, rebuilding trust, and feeling closer to one another.

In addition to her work with adults and couples, Allison has over four years of experience supporting children and their families. She creates a nurturing environment where younger clients can express themselves, gain confidence, and develop healthy coping skills. Drawing from CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Narrative Therapy, Dialetical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices, Allison guides clients toward healing in a way that feels relatable, empowering, and authentic.
