Noelle is a Licensed Professional Counselor who earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and School Counseling from Concordia University Chicago. With professional experience as both a high school counselor and educator, she brings a comprehensive understanding of adolescent development, academic pressures, and life transitions. She works with clients across the lifespan, from adolescence through adulthood.
Noelle utilizes an integrative therapeutic approach, incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered, and solution-focused modalities. She supports clients in exploring their experiences, building effective coping strategies, and creating meaningful, lasting change. Her clinical work includes individuals navigating anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, social skill development, self-esteem concerns, and major life transitions. She also has a specialized interest in supporting women during the perinatal and postpartum periods.
